UWINLOC CLAIMS MIDINNOV INDUSTRIAL RENEWAL AVARD

On January 26, 2017, the Madeeli organization, a group dedicated to supporting and promoting local businesses, hosted the 10th annual Midinnov event that showcased the latest innovations in France’s Occitanie region with over 2,000 attendees. During this event the region hosted its 36th Annual Awards Ceremony where over 190,000 euros was rewarded to projects that benefit the community with its innovative technology.

Over 280 candidates applied to this year’s Inn’Ovations Awards Ceremony, breaking the record of most applicants. In the end, 11 companies were selected from different industries to receive the awards for various categories. This event was financed by the Regional Council along with the European Union and its private partners such as Air France, BNP Paribas, and EDF.

UWINLOC, a Toulouse-based startup, was awarded the Industrial Renewal Award with a donation of 15,000 euros that will go towards helping finance the project.
